Victoria de Martigny brings more than two decades of experience leading teams and functions within multinational corporations, small businesses and nonprofit organizations through start-up, rapid growth, acquisition, change and revitalization.

Today, she applies that experience at We Animals, where I lead global fieldwork, visual content acquisition and strategic partnerships and oversee the stock platform and the systems, processes and teams that support this work. She enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving workflows, building strong teams and translating ambitious goals into practical action.

She is passionate about animal liberation and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a movement that deepens their connection with their fellow earthlings and inspires lasting change.
