Iwona Gin

 Iwona Gin is Head of International Relations at Nausicaá, the National Sea Experience Centre in France. She holds Master’s degrees in Business Management, International Relations, Intercultural Cooperation, and Applied Linguistics.

She has led and managed numerous EU-funded projects under Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, Erasmus+, Interreg, and EMFF, focusing on ocean literacy, youth engagement, and marine sustainability. Her expertise centres on European partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and public empowerment to drive behavioural change for sustainable ocean management.

Iwona coordinates international collaborations, youth-supporting initiatives such as the Youth Ocean Leadership and Advocacy, and high-level stakeholder events. She serves on the boards of the World Ocean Network and EurOcean.
