Tools and Strategies for Journalists

The webinar “EU funds under the investigative spotlight: tools and strategies for journalists” is designed for journalists who want to better understand EU public finance and how financial instruments supporting a socially and environmentally just transition are allocated and used.

The event, organised as part of the Fair Funds Fair Future Project, co-led by Marea Media, REVOLVE, and MIRA, and funded by Journalismfund Europe, addresses the challenges many journalists face in accessing resources, training, and investigative tools, particularly in regions most affected by the climate crisis and the energy transition.

By sharing tools to critically analyse the implementation of the NRRP and other funds supporting the just transition, the webinar aims to foster more in-depth journalism and greater public awareness. The webinar is open to a wider audience interested in these issues.
