With over 17 years of experience across corporates, consulting, NGOs, start-ups and funding agencies, Sumit Jugran brings a multidimensional perspective to sustainability and ESG. His work spans leading global organisations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Tetra Pak and Oxfam, where he has worked on recycling, water stewardship, climate action, ESG strategy and cross-sector partnerships. From scaling used beverage carton recycling across South Asia to building coalitions with governments, NGOs and industry bodies, his work bridges boardrooms and grassroots realities.

Today, he advises organisations on embedding sustainability into core business strategy beyond compliance and reporting, while also building Value Sustainable, a platform focused on sustainability education and mentorship for the next generation of leaders in India. Driven by the belief that sustainability is an opportunity to reimagine growth, equity and resilience, he continues to champion impact-led approaches that connect innovation with long-term value.
