Prof. Bayram Öztürk is a marine scientist specialising in fisheries, marine conservation, and biological oceanography, with decades of research experience across diverse marine ecosystems.
As Founder and Director of the Turkish Marine Research Foundation and Editor of the Journal of Black Sea and Mediterranean Environment, Prof. Öztürk contributes to advancing marine science and conservation in the Black Sea and beyond.
