Andrew Winder

Andrew has been with ERTICO since 2013, leading projects in clean transport, including CO₂ reduction and electromobility. His expertise covers ITS policy, TEN-T, traffic management, public transport, project evaluation, and communication.

He previously worked at Egis in France on EU and national transport projects across Europe and the Middle East, and in the UK at Halcrow and GMPTE.
