Ciel Jolley

Ciel leads communications for Environmental Defense Fund’s global hydrogen initiative, helping to bring science, economics, policy and industry partnerships together to develop meaningful communications strategies which ultimately support energy emissions reductions and the global clean energy transition. Based in Brussels, she works closely with the European energy transition and policy teams to help get hydrogen right in Europe. Ciel brings 15 years of experience in strategic communications in the fields of energy, industrials, transport and technology. Ciel speaks English and French.
