The Director/Cluster Manager of the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP) since 2012, overseeing 157 entities to enhance innovation, digital transformation, internationalization, and competitiveness in the water sector. He is also President of the Council for Sustainable Use of Water in Catalonia, advising the Catalan Water Agency on hydrological planning. With a PhD in innovation management, he is an Associate Professor at the University of Girona, directing the MBA program and teaching at EADA Business School. He has extensive experience in promoting innovation, sustainability, and economic development, participating in over 75 R&D projects across various funding programs. He is a member of the ICRA Public Administration and Business Mixed Committee and on the Board of FENAEIC.
