Stavroula Pappa

Stavroula is a EU qualified lawyer working as a Project Manager at REScoop.eu. Her role entails the representation of the Federation in European projects that aim to design enabling frameworks for energy communities in different EU Member States and explore how citizens and energy communities can take up a more active role in the energy system. Stavroula is also actively contributing to the Advocacy work of the Federation. She holds an LLM in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen and her research focused on how energy communities could promote the energy transition of Non-Interconnected Islands.
