Sebastien Garnier

Sébastien Garnier has been working for almost ten years in the field of social and affordable housing. First as policy advisor for Aedes – the Dutch federation of social housing providers and its 300 members. He was actively involved in the 1st and 2nd International Social Housing Festivals, in the Affordable Housing Partnership of the EU Urban Agenda and helped raise several billions of financing for social housing investments in Europe. He is now Innovation and Project Manager at Housing Europe and Managing Director of AxHA, which offers advice on public affairs, EU funding and impact investments and reporting to large not-for-profit and (semi-)public organizations working for the general interest.
