Nicole Jao is a journalist based in Beijing. She writes about technology, business, and the environment. She started her writing career as an internship with the International Telecommunication Union (a UN specialized agency) in Geneva, where she did reporting work that highlights technology’s role and impact on society.
Nicole holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
