Eleanor Scott is an EU Carbon Market Expert at Carbon Market Watch. In her current role she works to raise the ambition of EU climate policy with a focus on the upcoming ETS2, carbon pricing for buildings and road transport and the Social Climate Fund.

Prior, she worked on innovation policy and stakeholder engagement at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology before continuing her work for the EIT and other EU institutional clients at ICF Next.
