Cécile Berri is the director of the INRAE Joint Research Unit on Avian Biology and Poultry Science. She co-coordinates the H2020 INTAQT project with Bruno Martin. With 30 years of experience in animal and food sciences, she specialises in poultry meat quality. Her research has focused on how farming practices and genetic selection influence growth, muscle metabolism, and their effects on sensory and technological properties.
